Magnani Caruso Dutton is a leading independent interactive design and marketing agency located in New York City. We work with some of the world’s most recognizable brands including AT&T, HBO, Discover Financial Services, The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Limited, Sesame Street, Tiffany & Co. and Coca-Cola.
The Senior Account Executive must have prior interactive agency account management experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide leadership for internal project teams
• Provide strategic consulting and thought leadership, providing client with innovative interactive solutions
• Participate in, and sometimes lead client presentations
• Operate as a primary client contact, leading strategic and tactical online planning activities
• Act as client advocate internally and the agency’s advocate to clients
• Set realistic client expectations and make every effort to exceed them
• Work with a talented group of Project Managers to maintain project status, budgets and develop Statements of Work and proposal documents
• In cooperation with Project Managers, write Statements of Work and Proposal documents
Job Requirements:
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
• Demonstrated ability in developing and successfully executing plans for interactive projects including an ability to oversee projects from conception to completion
• Experience leading online marketing strategic initiatives, e-mail marketing, and interactive creative development/branding
• Experience in large-scale website development (E-commerce, not online marketing) preferred but not required
• Proven knowledge of creative pre-testing as well as ongoing creative testing, measurement and optimization, preferred but not required
• Financial services experience, preferred but not required
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience, 2 of which must be in an interactive agency environment
• Ability to oversee projects from conception to completion
• Solid communication/presentation skills
• Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
